100kw/205kwh Commercial Energy Storage system Features:
100KW/205KWh outdoor energy storage cabinet, with a grid voltage of
400V, used for energy storage projects on the industrial and
commercial user side. It can achieve functions such as peak shaving
and valley filling, dynamic capacity increase, and backup power
supply.
All equipment is integrated into one standard cabinet, which
includes: power distribution system (including integrated energy
storage control unit), energy storage converter (PCS), battery
cluster, fire protection system, environmental control system (air
conditioning and air cooling), monitoring system,etc.
100kw/205kwh Commercial Energy Storage Cabinet distribution :
1.The energy storage converter is selected as a non isolated type
with an AC output of 400 (3P3W).
2.This smart energy storage cabinet single cell is 3.2V/206Ah
lithium Iron phosphate cell, and the charge discharge ratio is
0.5C. The battery pack is 1P24S, and the battery cluster consists
of 13 battery packs connected in series to form one battery
cluster.
3.The battery module is designed with 3.2V/206Ah lithium iron
phosphate cell 1P24S. Each battery module is composed of two 1P12S
modules in series to form 76.8V/206Ah, with a total energy of
15.821KWh. At the same time, an internal collection harness and BMU
are installed to collect the voltage and temperature of the battery
cell.
4.The battery cluster adopts 13pcs of 1P24S battery modules in
series, and also comes with a high-voltage box, which integrates
BCMU internally.
5.The Battery management system (BAMS) of this Commercial Energy Storage Cabinet processes the battery information uploaded by the battery
cluster control unit (BCMU), and has the functions of display,
parameter setting, fault alarm,data recording, etc. It communicates
with the energy management system (EMS) through the protocol
converter.
